oh yeah...amar has managed to outbeat the fast pace of a snail in updating this blog.It was like waiting the moon falls into my lap.Sembab!(slow+lembab).There's not much to talk about the morning session of the merdeka celebration except for cuteness-MAX!!!(based on the girls hysterical shout while watching the video) of abg Syam kita with his senamrobik with a touch of Zapin(tak sabor2 nak nari malam tuh,kan dah terlucut kain!) and also Wan's crushing defeat in tarik tali with a bunch of 5 to 6 year old kids(sia2 je aku jerit2).Well anyway,since Amar has already explained everything about merdeka nite,saves me the trouble of going through them.My personal feeling,the night was spectacular and everything was going almost smoothly except for some anomalies(anything that amar said under "Merdeka Nights just wouldn't be complete without",plus farah getting overexcited winning the phone).Sadly, there's not that much of 'merdeka spirit' in the air.I think the night is more like a 'Malaysia nite' and the best one that is.Maybe it's just me with my burning desire for patriotisme that wasn't unleashed(dgr cite filem ni suxxx!!bak kata fariq 'I want a piano'hahaha) that night.Maybe it's because there was no 'sajak' that night.sedey.I was really looking forward to reading it out loud because earlier I've been compiling my 'sajak' and even chose a special guitar tune for it.Oh well,if everybody's having fun on that nite,that's fine with me because I have to admit it was fun.


Also it was the first time for me for two things.One,winning the lucky draw(pancake,yum yum.lucky number 0047) and also singing live for everybody.I think there was not only butterfly in my stomach,there was also that oh-so-lame dinner(macam makan kat St Leos je) and some Weetabix I ate before.I was really nervous(nak terberak la,nak terkencing la,bak cite bujang lapok tu,'angin senggugut' dah datang).When I was called to the stage,I gather my thin courage to step forward and grabbed the mic and trying to talk things out with a lot of broken pieces of English trying to calm myself down.It did have some miniscule impact but no choice once the song started.I have to sing.With the disturbing spotlight scorching and illuminating my face I tried to remain calm and remember the lyrics.But you guys know what happened right???I forgot the part of 'I'm counting UFO's ...'(part nih aku gelak sorang2) and also 'but my hands are busy...'(nih aku humming...hahaha).Thank god the chorus was easy to follow.In the end,just can't control myself and ran outside with the sweat pouring out my glands(berpeloh cam sial!!panas kena spotlight).hahahaha....aku malu!!!tak sanggup aku berhadapan dgn rakan2 lagi!!!tapi seriously I was enjoying myself at the stage(layan sgt sampai lupe lirik) and I really hope the crowd enjoy the show,at least with my performance.forget about my silly voice okay!Next time I want to sing some 'rock kapak' because my soul is there.tak nak aku nyanyi omputih dah.bahasa jiwa bangsa.hehehe!!

oh yeah.I've found this great stuff which is worth to curse somebody with.takyah la nak mencarut2.although it's a little bit long,it makes us sound intellingent.hahaha.
