Assalamualaikum..
This entry is still refering to the Malay proverb 'Melepaskan batuk di tangga' (in the previous 2 entries)... After the long awaited conclusion, there are still some doubts or mystery if u like about this proverb.. I ran thru the Kamus site, searched the word 'batok'...guess what happened next? 1 entry found for 'batok'...
batok Jw 1. tempurung; 2. Id sukatan beras (lebih kurang satu kal); ~ kepala tengkorak.
which brings us to the point, why are we still using 'batuk' instead of 'batok'...?? the word 'batok' itself is officially in the dictionary..kenapa eh? (sumpah pasni takde entry pasal batok lagi dah..hehe..)
