My love affair with Arsenal..

(WARNING, if u're not a TRUE soccer fan e.g. Mat Rock, u might find this article a bit difficult to understand)

Im sad and speechless really...My love had gone down, but with pride..isk isk isk...cant remember the last time where i'd been this disappointed.. arsenal have been an my absolute joy for the most of my life..when everybody else goes out on a date or a movie, i sit on the couch watching and supporting every single minute of arsenal games..i really enjoyed the wins, and really sucked in the losses..next morning i'd read them on the internet and if i missed the games, i'll download the highlights of the goals..it's just so pleasing to watch the arsenal play, anybody who loves football must admit this..and i stress again, must!!!....that's why i love arsenal, they never fail to entertain more often than not..

to be in our 1st ever final of champions league after years and years of trying and lost is a bitter pil to swallow,.mind you, it's not a stroll in the park to reach the final..after a young and exciting yet brave team gave their all, arsenal eventually lost.. it's hard to take when my beloved arsenal had to play with 10 men, led at one point, and beaten at the closing stage.. it's like watching ur own child, helplessly injured, but still trying to get to the finishing line..it's like a scene of sapok biki beating the hell out of a handicapped man..painful is the word to describe it..i think it's less painful not to qualify for the knockout stage than losing in the final in such manner..isk isk isk..

i really felt for some of the players...i really felt for pires who played his last game (90% confirmed) for arsenal, but was short lived after lehmann got sent off.. he looked despaired and speechless on the bench, almost numb..it really broke my heart seing such a great servant to arsenal being in a condition like that..gosh i dont wanna be in that position ever..really felt for henry after all he'd done up to the final... he was covering the final 3rd of the field by himself!!! and thierry, i dont blame u for the missed chances..plus this could as well be his last game in arsenal shirt..and the thought of him leaving arsenal next season is just unbearable for me..henry please2 stay..i felt for monsiuer wenger whose ten years of brilliant work was marked by this defeat..you're still the best!!...and to the other senior players, ashley, gilberto, freddie, campbell i felt for them too..to the young guns, they did brilliantly, but i reckon they wouldn't be as disappointed as those who were there right from chapter 1..for them, it's still an exciting begining of a great journey..good luck to eboue, cesc, kolo, reyes, van persie, hleb, walcott..(most of them are younger than i am) but hey, there's life after highbury, emirates here we come!!!

anyways, i wanna congratulate barcelona for the win.. they deserved it..dont wanna discard that they're a good team, a great team in fact, but it would have been nicer to see 11 of us againts 11 of them..even if we'd lost with 11 men, im sure it's much less painful than this.. for arsenal, im speechless..i dont wanna say 'we lost because of..', 'we should have..'...i just have to adknowledge the fact that we lost.. that's what matters after all..really i couldn't think of anything to be disappointed of besides the fact that we lost! not just a game, a cup final!!! a european cup!! (of course i could blame almunia for conceding 2 goals at the near post, c'mon keeper! no conceding at the near post!!!) but hey, it's a gallant effort by the gunners and no one can deny that they did their best..i, Muhammad Amar Amdan, hereby pledge myself publicly to be a gooner for life...

i love you arsenal!! i do!! i love you arsenal!! i do!! i love you arsenal!! i do!! ooooh arsenal i love you!!

Somehow I remembered the teachers when I was in primary school. How fun was it in primary school that going to school = having fun.And plus,my primary school was CO-ED so there's a lot of cute girls around.hahahahaha.(sek STAR yg penuh laki agak mengecewakan)Can't imagine how they all look right now.All the teachers gave their all in teaching while scolding us smiling. Some of the influential teachers to me during that time were Pn. Noraizan,Pn. Nora Sidah,En Azmi,En Kamil,Ustazah Salmah,Ustaz Rauyan(there are others but can't remember them). If you are by any chance reading this,THANKS A LOT.In tribute to teacher's day,I want to dedicate the day to my primary school teachers of SEKOLAH KEBANGSAAN TAMAN MUDA 1990-1995(ade dlm wikipedia tu).Let's sing it...

too bored??
oi!

dunno if you guys has tried this but this is how i fared...

Mapen, your true color is Orange!

You're a bold, confident orange. A warm, powerful color that indicates a strong, welcoming personality, orange is the mark of people who are social and extroverted by nature. Vibrant, with an upbeat attitude, you have a bright, inviting demeanor. Energetic and fun-loving, you're a real friend-magnet. Your easy charm and unassuming manner make you the sort of person people want to meet and get to know better. Well-rounded and fun to be around, you enjoy helping others, so it's no surprise that orange also symbolizes attraction. Orange is an extraordinary color — for an extraordinary person.

Searching for Bobby Fischer

oi!

I've recently watched this great movie about a genius kid playing chess called 'Searching for Bobby Fischer' and I just love the ending!highly recommended. Then I remembered the screen I copied when playing against Amar.He denied the loss and he claimed that he was distracted from the game by 'telur mata lembu'.hahaha!

Fraser Island Part II (a)
oi!!

We supposed to watch the sunrise early in the day but sadly, everybody woke up late. But we still set out to Indian Head for customary pictures. It turns out Terence saw this fudging huge CRAB there(tak caya tanya amar!suckerrrrr...hahaha)

On the way to our next destination, the 'bomb' has gone through its first phase of destruction.Smoke was coming out the vehicle and smells like somethings burning. We suspected that it was the oil gear.At least it was on the move again after
a while. We arrived at the SHIPWRECK.It's not for me,particularly interesting and the history wasn't that absorbing but hey,it's on Fraser Island rite?We even made up stories how the govmnt put it there to add more attraction.wuteva...

Before we went on to our next camping site,we stopped by Eli Creek(eja salah kot...denai ke BM die??).I was thrilled at first since I saw the picture in the internet and it was enticing. We have to walked up a bit before sinking our feet into the creek.I was shocked because the water was freezing! The sunlight was scorching but your leg feels like it was shoved in a refrigerator. It was definitely refreshing and sort of a trial before we go to the 'big one' lake McKenzie.

The next camp site was inland and it is called Central Station.Lake McKenzie is just along the path in this inland site.

Yeah the lake was amazing and you can actually see the color tone, light blue, dark blue etc.And again the water was again freezing my leg off.But going to the lake is like having this huge swimming pool and have a dip in it.The water felt so
fresh and taste neutral, not like the sea water.Mat rock seems having fun swimming while holding hands because he just dun want to let go of us because he was afraid that we might get drown in the lake.hahaha.He even saved luqzan from
drowning.hahaha.what a hero!

Everybody was going back satisfied experiencing one of Australia's favourite spot and voted 4th in the must go list before dying. On the way back,we wouldn't know the misery that lies ahead...

jeng jeng jeng...

p/s:i shud've posted this earlier but it seems that the blog doesn't want me to edit the text.what a bummer...
